1. The first tip that came to mind was a question about CTR% and the best way to up it! Well as I'm sure you know CTR% is also know as the Click Through Rate Percent. Which means every time a visitor comes to your website, what % actually click on your ad. That % is the CTR, your ad sense panel will explain this more in depth, but this is the basic way.

2. OK now how do you up your CTR%? Lets say you have 100 - 250 uniques to your site a day, you have your ad sense on but your not making a ton of cash off of the ad sense. Well their is only one solution, unless your getting 10K+ uniques a day, your ad sense impressions wont go very high meaning you earn 1 maybe 2 cents per day. (The big money is in the clicks!) The one best way I have found to up the CTR% is to shade the ads so they look like your website, for instance if your BG color is white with black links, make the ad look that way. The same goes if you have a dark maroon BG, use that dark maroon and white text so it stands out but looks like it fits. People don't want to think your cheating them out of their time by wasting space. Ad sense needs to be done cleverly with a purpose.
