can't sign in at Yahoo

before yesterday i could get into my complete profile but had to sign in again to get in to change it. Then windows would pop up and say cannot display page. Today I can't even sign in to play games at all, again windows pops up saying cannot display page. Is this a Yahoo problem or is it the new Windows Vista? PLEASE HELP I AM GOING NUTS seeing this page displayed all the time!
