Customer relations in an online business

Hey guys! I am new in this group and as I was reading the posts here I found out that I can gain more knowledge here especially in online business. I can share it also to you guys what ideas I had which might help to the other members. Of course I won’t jump in to a conclusion to open an online business if I don’t have any idea with this thing. My sister and I had a plan to build an online business, and as we were searching some blogs, we have across this page customer relations . This talks about how to enhance online business. What do you think is it a help for me? Any advices there would be appreciated.

Yes, it will help. The blog tells relevant points on handling a business wherein you have the business set-up already. In your case, since you still have to start with your own business why not try to decide first your own business models and your niche. Then decide on what online marketing strategy you will use for your business. Obviously much consideration will need to be given to several conditions such as startup costs, equipment needs, and even your own skill sets. However before you even get this far you will first need to decide upon 3 very important areas of your new business that are much more fundamental in nature which I mention above: Business Model, Niche and Marketing Strategy. In fact your success will rely heavily upon the decisions you make in these areas.

RE: Customer relations in an online business

Most web survey companies offer a user friendly interface that allows customers to input basic information such as the questions that require responses, the email accounts or other contact information of customers to be survey and the dates when the survey will be open online for responses. This interface usually also allows for a company logo or photos to be uploaded as part of the web survey to customers.Web survey firms then use this basic information to assist in designing a survey that contains questions that truly provide the feedback needed to improve customer satisfaction, the range of responses that might be appropriate (from strongly agree to strongly disagree, for example) and advice on how long the survey should be posted.

RE: Customer relations in an online business

Hi

Here are some tips....

# The software or web-based survey should allow for a range or surveys, from large complex market research of worldwide customers to specific point-of-sale surveys
# Check that the survey tool does more than just create surveys. It should also send email invitations and analyze survey data
# Good survey tools have no limits on the number of responses or questions
# Get at least three estimates from any survey or online web tool. The survey business is very competitive and it pays to stick to a budget and negotiate the final cost
# Several online survey firms offer an unlimited number of surveys for a monthly or annual licensing fee. This is a particularly efficient way to pay for surveys when an organization plans to conduct a number of customer satisfaction surveys each year, perhaps in different geographic locations or of different types of customers after marketing campaigns or sales promotions

Thanks
