RE: Dreamweaver or Frontpage?
well... i would prefer Frontpage 2003 or Frontpage 2007. The new updated Frontpage is really cool and much faster and better than Dreamweaver.
Dreamweaver is really slow and cram my PC's Memory ..
What about you ? what do you prefer

RE: Dreamweaver or Frontpage?
Yeah ! Me too !
I prefer to use Frontpage , perhaps this is the very first software install in my pc .
Dreamweaver is good for high-end design jobs . You must have a more powerful machine to support it .
It's good for Mac.

RE: Dreamweaver or Frontpage?
I use frontpage presently. I have even tried dreamweaver. I feel dreamweaver is a better option than frontpage. It is a bit more advanced sort of and after all its taken up by Adobe now. Adobe i think is the best in designing packages.

RE: Dreamweaver or Frontpage?
Dream weaver is the best.Because it manage many sites easily. Dream weaver makes it as easy as possible to toggle between sites you are working on. If you build websites for a living, this ease of switching up projects is a definite must. And easy to upload via built in FTP. The built in FTP features are great, not to mention the fact that you can update a page that you are working on using the keyboard shortcut 'CTRL + SHIFT + U'. In addition, the FTP system is capable of changing file permissions (CHMOD) which is nice.

RE: Dreamweaver or Frontpage?
For fresher or beginner, I must say that Frontpage a very good editor for creating static websites as Dreamweaver is a professional level web editor. So when we talk about dynamic or professional work then DreamWeaver is a better one, there is a reason behind it...when we worked with Frontpage then web servers need FrontPage extensions to enable some features to work on in project. Also Dream Weaver provides some advanced features which helps to create project faster...
