I am looking to sell off my 2 Domains which i registered today. The domains were dropped but are available with PR.

Sometime i am just wonder , these are just a domain and no content . Why already have so high Google PR ranking ?
That mean can just start submit domain to search engine without doing anything on it first ?
Google search engine will accept a domain with no content .

These are a nice short .net domain .
