Google Webmaster Tool allows you track how many pages Google has indexed on your site, as well as searches made to get to your site. You can also upload a sitemap (you can make one yourself or an online service) to tell Google about your site (page locations, how often they are updated, etc.).

Google Analytics tells you traffic information, such as unique and returning visitors, maps of where your visitors come from, and what operating system and browser they are using.
