a couple Adsense ads on the right side of my page, and I want them to scroll down with the users window, so they're always visible.

I don't know how to make things move with the window, so that's the main concern. The other is that it not go past a certain point at the top of the page (so it doesn't run into the menus, etc. up there) and that it not go past a certain point at the bottom of the page (so it stays in it's little box area).
