How To Get Referrals

As we know that , to be success in Affiliate Marketing , you must get as much as referral. What the best way to get people to click on you affiliate link and then get them to sign up for something.

Well, its not exactly a referral ...
its either Lead or sale that affiliates has to make ..
1) very good designed landing pages
2) Popular products
3) a very comprehensive info about the products which attracts buyers to buy the product

Recently, i've joined Commision Junction CJ. This is a great affiliate program and a lot of products and services you can find over there.
Does anyone using this program for affiliate?
