I need to create a forum for a church site that works/looks/feels like the ozzu site. I showed the people in charge at the church this site and they like it very much. Is there a third party service available to create a site like this quickly without reinventing the wheel? One that takes care of hosting and everything - plug and play so to speak would be great.

Get a trial forum at http://bb.phpbbweb.com/signup/index.php and then get a host and transfer that forum to that host. Or get a host and usually the hosts have a resource place where they offer numerous types of free/not free forums that you could have and use on your site.
