Hi folks,
I've spent ALL day on this, and I can't crack it.
This page ... http://www.cyphoto.co.uk/demo/aos2.html works fine in IE 6 & 7. The cream background and it's borders scale with the amount of content on the page (the design is a template for an ASP page layout, and I have no way of knowing the amount of content that each page will carry).
But in FireFox or Opera, the background remains very small, tucked up near the top of the page, and doesn't alter with the amount of it's contents.
I have tried all sorts, different & heights, positioning rules etc and just cannnot get it to work. I'm desperate to prove it can be done, because the senior designer on this project swears that it can ONLY be done with tables, and I'd like to prove otherwise.
I'm not too bothered about Opera, but I know that one potential user of the final application uses Firefox ... Grrrrrrrrrrrrr
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
