I have a pretty new site, and my SEO it's not finally done. When I barely receive 5-10 hits a day from Google SE ..

.. it's strange how I receive 15-20 hits a day from search.live.com.

what I don't know is ?

1) How to find what keywords are searched by users who reach my site from search.live.com

2) How to see how many backlinks I have in this search engine. For yahoo I use Yahoo Site Explore, and for google the "linkomain" command. But how should I use for search.live.com ?

You can always get a list of keywords from google keyword tool and find out the relevant keywords to your website and that can improve the number of clicks on a daily basis

Only keywords can not help you to get clicks. To get clicks you must have to do on page optimization according to those keywords and have to promote your site your site online.
