Hi All -

I'm so GREEN to all of this but I don't care. I really want to make this my thing. I've dabbled here and there with creating a web page. Well let me break it down, I haven't done anything outside of Myspace. Teehee And the little that I know I happen to luv!

I'm actually considering getting an associates degree in Web Graphic Design in town at DeVry Univeristy. SO what's the problem? The problem is how do I know I'm going to learn what's really HOT for the industry? There's so many different areas of it to learn. How is it possible to master it all?

Also, I would really like to be an interactive producer. Therefore, I wouldn't necessarily have to creat the sites, emails, banners, etc...but I definately have got to be up to speed. That's why I want to get at minimum a certification.

Any feedback from you pros would be great! Thanks!

A good place to start would be to become comfortable with XHTML and CSS. Check out W3Schools for some introductory tutorials on those and other web technologies.
