Why do I rank well on MSN but not on Yahoo?

I rank well for the keyword "International Dialing Code" on MSN (position 2) but in Yahoo I rank between position 130 and 140. A site called DialCodesPlus.com ranks at number 3 but has less links than me. I've optimised my site quite alot... any general or specifice to Yahoo tips would be much appreciated.

p.s. It does use iframes (i dont know if this makes a difference) and I think Im in the google sandbox so cant optimise for google

MSN and yahoo algorithms are different....from my observation i have seen that msn places more relevance on keywords and yahoo more on backlinks.
